Hello there!

The change of season is undeniably upon us, as September brings with it changes that affect us physically, mentally, emotionally and perhaps even spiritually. In this period of flux our entire being musters all of its resources to make the adjustments necessary to reach and maintain homeostasis. And depending on our vitality and constitution, we find that sometimes we are able to ride these changes, other times we succumb to illness.

As a measure of prevention, healing, support and on-going maintenance, this is a great time to consider using natural means of healing such as Homeopathy to get our systems back to a level of optimum balance and health, and decrease dependency on medications and over-the-counter drugs. During each talk I will present remedies that are most commonly used for the conditions under discussion, as well as how to use them, what to expect and what to do during the process. A handout of useful information on remedies and their usage will be included. At the end of the 1.5 hour talk there will be a half hour of Q & A.
